What is Liturgical Ministry?  Whats our role as laity? 

Liturgical ministries in the parish include lectors, who proclaim readings during the Mass; altar servers, who assist the priest during Mass; cantors, who lead the singing; extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, who help distribute Holy Communion during Mass; and ushers  who direct the seating and procession of the assembly.
