The Eucharistic Sacrifice, the Mass, is the source and summit of the Christian life. As such, Catholics are bound, under penalty of sin, to attend Mass in-person on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation so long as they're physically and morally capable of doing so.
Nonetheless, there are still members of our community who are physically or morally incapable of attending Mass in-person—either temporarily or on a more permanent basis—who want to hear the readings at Mass. One can always access the readings online via the USCCB's website.
